Nicole Maddrey joined Graham Holdings Company (then The Washington Post Company) in August 2007. Previously, she served as attorney-advisor and later as special counsel at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Office of Chief Counsel, Division of Corporation Finance. Before joining the staff of the SEC, she was an associate in the law firm of Miles & Stockbridge, PC, in Baltimore, MD.
Maddrey received a BA in communications from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law.
