WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 14, 2006--The Board of Directors of The Washington Post Company (NYSE:WPO) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $1.95 per share, payable on November 10, 2006, to shareholders of record on October 30, 2006.
