Elaine Wolff
Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary

Elaine Wolff joined Graham Holdings Company in April 2015. Previously, she was a partner at Jenner & Block, LLP where she specialized in corporate finance, securities law and corporate governance. Earlier in her career, Wolff served as a Legal Branch Chief at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Corporation Finance. Before joining the staff of the SEC, she represented companies in a variety of corporate transactions, including the preparation of registration and proxy statements for raising capital and merger transactions.

Wolff received her BA in economics from the University of California, Berkeley and earned a JD from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.
